Balanced Eating need not be Black or White
Balanced eating is not as black or white as we often like to make it. It's not about good or bad, processed or unprocessed, clean or unclean, etc. Food is more nuanced, more complicated than these these types of one-dimensional labels can ever convey. When we truly learn to listen to what our bodies' want with nonjudgmental awareness, our need to eat based on these arbitrary labels and rules fades away....
