For clients

Introductory call (15 minutes, complimentary)

Prior to getting started, we offer a complimentary introductory phone call so that we can talk more about your needs and interests in nutrition counseling. We can also use this time to answer any questions you have about our approach, discuss the process of working together, and make sure it feels like a good fit on both ends..

Initial session/assessment (1 hour, $295)

In our first session, we'll invite you to share more details about your unique food and body story, so that we can lay the groundwork for our work and tailor your future support accordingly. From there, we'll discuss a general plan for treatment and envision what our work together might look like going forward.

Follow up sessions (45 minutes, $250)

Follow up sessions serve as a space for ongoing support as you take steps toward your goals. Change is a process and can look different for each person. Frequency and total number of follow ups vary, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.

A few other notes...

We offer in person and virtual nutrition counseling options. In person sessions are held at our office in Park Slope, Brooklyn, in New York City. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. We are able to work virtually with clients in New York State as well as several other states within the U.S. Please see our contact page for more details on eligible states.

We reserve a limited number of sliding scale (reduced fee) spots at a variety of price points below our standard fees for those with financial limitations. Please inquire with us about this directly.

We do not participate in insurance panels. If you have out of network coverage for nutrition counseling, we can send you an itemized receipt so that you may seek reimbursement. If you're unsure about your coverage, we recommend calling your insurance company and asking if they cover the CPT codes 97802 and 97803 for out of network nutrition services.

Payments accepted include all major credit cards. We also accept Zelle, Cash App, and Health and Flexible Savings Account cards.
